Vestis offers a 14 day return period for all orders in Finland and Europe. You can return items simple and hassle-free within 14 days after you received your order. Returns cost is the same as the shipping cost, and returns to our store are free.


Cost of return is the shipping cost back. We offer a customer return service via our carrier partners, which enables you to send your return package to us with tracking and without paying on-the-spot. When your return package arrives to us and is processed, we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund. Fees are per country/location as follows:

Important notice: Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. You cannot wear or wash them, it's fitting only. All tags need to be attached and intact, boxes and possible original packaging need to be included. We do not accept returns for items with missing or cut tags, or with missing parts.

Returns from rest of the world and the UK

At the moment we are unable to accept returns from the UK, and outside of Finland and Europe.


Product exchanges are not possible at the moment. It works just by returning your product and placing a new order.


Refunds will be paid in the same form of payment as the original purchase was made. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund process after we have received your return package.


Please register your return online:

1. Open the receipt of your order. When you are logged in to your Vestis account, you can find it from "My order history". If you made the order as a guest, the receipt link is in the Order confirmation email.

2. Open the order from which you'd like to return items, and click the "Return item(s)" button in the bottom of the receipt.

3. Choose the item(s) you'd like to return.

4. Choose how you would like to return them; to our shop or via Posti/GLS/DHL. Returning an item is like the checkout process, but for returns. After placing the returns order, you'll receive a receipt of the return to your email.

That email will also have instructions on how to prepare the package for Posti, GLS, DHL or our shop.

Make sure to register and make the return to our shop or carrier partner within 14 days of collecting/receiving your package.
