Please read carefully these terms and conditions of use before accessing, using or obtaining any information, products or services provided on this website. By accessing the Vestis website (collectively, hereinafter, “our website”, “our webshop”, “here”), you accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. When using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not accept all of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our website and services. In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Vestis” refer to WST Productions Limited, registered in Finland with business identity code 2767428-3, and “you” and “your” refers to you, the user of our website and services.


Products sold on this website are second hand and sold as is. Majority of our items come from private individuals on consignment basis. It means that the owner of the product is the private individual, the seller is Vestis, and the buyer is the person who buys it. You are always dealing with us.


All products sold in Vestis online store are second hand and sold as is. "As is" means that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately evident. The item is sold as is, but if the item does not conform to our description of it, you have a right to reject it. We try our best to accurately describe the products in the product description, get the colors look as accurate as possible, and give you as much information about the product as possible. Please notice that different screens render colors differently.

Our team quality checks items several times before putting them on sale, but please notice that any human is not 100% errorless.


You can place your order in the webshop either as a guest or register an account with us. Registering an account is obligatory only for item 105277 - sending items to us. Orders are placed by adding products to shopping cart and going through the 3-phase checkout process. For placing an order we will need your name, email address, and phone number as required information. All required information is necessary for processing your order. If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, or it is incomplete or inaccurate, we may not be able to fully fulfil your order. In such cases where you have not provided us with adequate and correct information, we take no responsibility for unfulfilled orders.


For making things smoother, you can register an account with your email address, Google or Facebook account. Upon registration you’ll get your own space where you see your information, orders, and favorite items all in one place. Order history in particular is very convenient for tracking orders and making product returns! Please remember that you can have your account deleted at any time. So no stress, just convenience!

For Seller customers, registration is mandatory. You must have an account with us so we can link products and payment information to you, and deliver communication to you.


All prices are in euros (€, EUR). Vestis is a value-added tax (VAT) registered business and a taxable dealer of second-hand goods. We are covered by the margin scheme for second hand goods, and therefore do not charge any VAT on transactions covered by this scheme. Consequently, it means that the VAT on second-hand goods sold here is 0%. There may be additional products and/or services that have a different VAT rate. You will find a breakdown of VAT amount by VAT rate in your receipt.


Accepted payment methods include online banking payments, debit and credit cards, selected mobile payments, PayPal (which allows you to make payments using a variety of methods), Walley Invoice, and Vestis Gift Card.

There are no fees by us related to any of the offered payment methods. We do not save or keep any card details.

Paytrail Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant (Vestis). 

Online banking

You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken’s online banking.

Paytrail will be shown as the recipient on your bank statement, and will forward the payment to the merchant (that's us).

Mobile payments

You can pay with MobilePay application. Paytrail will be shown as the recipient on your bank statement, and will forward the payment to the merchant (that's us).

Debit and credit cards

You can pay with the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard. Our payment processing service providers offer international 3-D Secure protocols Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which offer an additional layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions.

Card payments are made on a secured payment form and the card information is not stored on our online store system.

After a successful order you will receive an automated order confirmation email to your provided email address. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a notification email with tracking code. Please remember to check your spam folder and that you have the required space for new messages.

All items are more than ready to be your new pieces of wardrobe, and we quality check each item several times before it makes it to the webstore. Sometimes we do miss something, and for that we are sorry. In case your ordered item is severely damaged and/or not as described, please contact us immediately. If you received the wrong product(s), or you have any other problems with your order, please contact us immediately and let's work it out.

Only applicable to our Seller customers. Consignment agreement becomes effective when you deliver items to us to be sold through our consignment service, either by delivering items to our shop, or via carrier partner. Please read our Consignment Agreement in further detail here. Consignment Agreement applies to our Sellers only.
